We release software under two different licences: (a) Proprietary and (b) GPL.
1.a) Proprietary License:
You may use each individual product on a single domain only, including subdomains, belonging to either you or your client. You have to purchase the product and addons each time you create a new project in a different domain.
1.b) GPL License:
GPL licensed software is governed by the GNU General Public License. You are allowed to install our GPL-licensed software in multiple domains. Support, however, is on a per-domain basis. If not otherwise stated, all images, manuals, cascading style sheets and javascript code are proprietary. Unless specifically authorized by ClickFWD LLC these may not be redistributed or repackaged for use other than those allowed by the Terms of Service.
2. Modifications:
You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes as long as those modifications don't fall under the unauthorized use of the products in point 3. below.
3. Unauthorized use:
You may not use any version of our products with your license unless you've purchased this particular version or downloaded it from our website within your initial upgrades period; or using an extended upgrades period ordered through our website.
You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium to offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from ClickFWD LLC. You are authorized to make backup copies of the software for your own use.
You may not remove the copyright notice from the code in any of our our products.
You may not remove the product branding nor change it to reflect a different branding.
4. Updates:
ClickFWD LLC has no influence on the development of Joomla! All products are always designed for the latest version, but we do not guarantee that the product will run with future versions of Joomla.
5. Shipping:
After payment is verified you will have access to download the product in the client area of the site ("My Account").
6. Assignability:
You may not sub-license this license to anyone else without prior written consent from ClickFWD LLC.
You are allowed to transfer your license as long as the new license owner also understand and agrees to terms herein. You need to request the transfer via ticket and provide the account information of the new license owner.
7. Ownership:
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of ClickFWD LLC. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
8. Refund policy:
Since ClickFWD LLC is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods, unless otherwise stated, we do not issue refunds. You are responsible for understanding and agreeing to this upon purchasing any article at our site. We encourage you to ask any questions you may have before placing an order.
ClickFWD LLC reserves the right to change or modify current Terms with no prior notice.
