Hi all, especially Aleandro,

Mmh, i read trough the Knowledgebase and saw the Videos and understand the jReviews concept a little now but as my frontpage of the component isn't doing what i want  Wink i'm lost somehow.

I would be thankfull if someone can look at these questions:

The page is: XXX.kindaktuell.at/_main2/tipps-tests/tipps-tests.html
Please exchange XXX with www. It's a development page for a relaunch.

1.)
My URL to jReviews looks like this: ~/Joomla/tipps-tests/tipps-tests.html
Actually all my mainmenu URL's on the page are made to look like this ~/Joomla/tipps-tests.html. But i don't seem able to to that in with jReviews.

2.)
Calling a Review just reloads the components frontpage with sh404SEF ?
When i click on one review of the blog view, just the blog view gets loaded. Read more ore Write comment don't bring up the review article. I actually don't know why ? Maybe a sh404SEF extensions can help, which is discussed here in the forums. but i can't find the download. Sorry.

3.)
<p>'s instead of <br />'s
On my site articles added to jReviews categories seem to get rendered with <p>-Tags where i put <br />-Tags in the original article in the joomla article-manager. Is this my fault or why does jReviews change this.

Thanx for your help.

Hi there.

For 1 and 2 you need to upgrade to the latest build 22 + patch to build 23. The error you described is a bug that has been fixed. Am I correct to assume you are not using build 23?

For 3, I am not sure why that is happening because I tested it on my end just now and the p tags remain p tags. Is this issue gone if you disable the jReviews plugin?

Hi Alejandro,

I updated to the latest build Version 2.0.7.31, but i encounter the same problems as statet in my first entry.

1.) The URL is the same in this build.

2.) I cleared the situation. Two of my reviews show, when calling the link (title, picture) just the table list of their category. All my other articles work fine (show the review when clicked). Any idea Huh

3.) I found out now that it's not <p>'s that get generated it's <br>'s that get doubled. I create my articles without an editor, i code them by hand and jReviews seems to add <br>-Tags to it. Please see this page: XXX.kindaktuell.at/_main2/bucher/das-grundschulwrbuch-sag-es-besser.html

4.) Another issue may be that my jReviews shows in the Listing in Backend a "(2)" next to Moderation - Listings in the sidepanel. But there are 11 reviews in the listing ? I attached a small screenshot.

Thanx for help.

You will need to submit a ticket with access to your site if you want me to help you with this. It will be the most efficient resolution.

Your editor is adding a new line (nl) character every time you hit enter and this is converted to a line break. You'll need to follow the solution posted here:

The number indicates the number of unpublished listings, not the total. That way you can quickly see whether there's anything new.

Try the support login again now. If it still doesn't work, use the contact menu above instead. Please provide all necessary info in your ticket.
