lifetime local key

Hi,

I am an existing customer with 2 license, but have no access to write on license forum.
5 minutes ago I changed for one license the domains from IP-address to URL-address and send me the lifetime key.
But the IP-address did not changed. As in the popup is written I am not able to change it after the lifetime key. But I changed it before.

So what can I do to get the key for my running system?

The license board is read-only because you should submit tickets for any license related question.
