Hello. I have a sort of quick question for you that i hope you might be able to help me out with?

What i am interested in is having two ratings in the template, one for a jreviews based default rating, that says it is rated 7/10 and that is calculated based on no modifications whatsoever. However i was also interested in having a True Bayesian Estimate rating within the template as well. The formula for this has been listed below. The question is whilst i can't get everything from this formula, is it possible to call up the number of reviews submitted and the average overall review result within a template, and as such then hardcode this into the template itself so that people can see that it has a more accurate meaning as 8/10 means more based on 1000 reviews than it does based on 2.

People vote for a movie, giving 1 to 10, and then they rank the
movies with this formula, that considers the average of votes
and also the number of votes:

    v               m
------- * R  +  ------- * c
  v + m           v + m

Where:

v = number of votes
m = minimum number of votes to be considered (currently 1250)
R = average "vote" given to the movie
c = average "vote" for all the movies (currently 6.9)

You can't make calculations at the template level in jReviews 1.x because patTemplate doesn't allow it. In jReviews 2.0 this is very simple to do, if you just need the "v" and "R" variables which are already in the theme file and easy to find.
