jReviews 2.0.4RC3 build 13 will be available shortly. There was a problem with build 12 in the Zend package and a couple of bugs have been corrected.

jReviews 2.0.4 RC3 build 13

Code:
#Fixed: Zend version included old module controllers instead of the new ones.
#Fixed: Edit form hangs on submit in listing moderation in the administration.
#Fixed: Modules - directory module links missing the menu id when core article menus have not been created.

I just released a build 14 patch to fix two bugs related to new listing submissions/editing. You must upgrade your build 13 installation with this patch which is in the client area.

I am only releasing this as a patch to avoid repackaging everything. You need to manually upload the files to your server because this is not an installable package.

If during the next couple of days no major bugs are found I'll release a new version.
