1)  Is there an updated Installation Guide for jReviews 2.0?

2)  I unzipped the jReviews folder and there are 12 zipped files in there.  The old installation guide is no help since all the file names are different (as well as the interface with Joomla 1.5).

3)  In Joomla 1.5, I assume I install under "Extensions", not "Components"...right?

4)  I am using Joomla 1.5, with a RocketTheme template: Hyperion.  My version of Zend is Zend Engine v2.2.0 - is that sufficient?

Thanks in advance for any help!

There isn't an updated guide yet, because I am focused on bug fixing and adding a few new functionalities, sorry. But it's not all that different. The component file remains the same com_jreviews_....zip and it comes in four flavours. Two for J1.0.x in ionCube/Zend and two for J1.5.x in ionCube/Zend.

As the name in the Zend version suggests you need PHP5 and Zend Optimizer v3.3. Zend Engine v2.2.0 doesn't mean you can run Zend Encoded files. It must say Zend Optimizer.

Other changes:

* Dashboard no longer exists and is now split in two modules: listings and reviews
* New directory modules, replaces old SectionNav module

J1.5 has a universal installer so you install components/modules/plugins all from the same installer window.

I hope that helps and I promise I'll update the guide as soon as I have time.

Thank you for such a quick reply.

I am hosted at GoDaddy, and while I have PHP5, they do NOT support Zend Optimizer for PHP5.  So now I'm stuck.

I am (at this very moment) chatting with a sales rep at Siteground, because I may have to change hosts in order to get Zend Optimizer v3.3.  (for the life of me, I can't figure out how to install it myself at GoDaddy.)

AS I mentioned in the other post you created, many users here are using GoDaddy with ionCube so you might want to consider that option.
