I apologize in advance as I am a complete rookie in Joomla. I have successfully installed JReviews 2.0.2 and it seems that there is no link to the article that allows a review. I chose the section and category in that article. I don't know if I have done anything wrong. I have published all modules and followed the instructions in the Quick Start Guide.

In the attachment we are looking at that one article that is under Clients category, SClubs directory. I just noticed that even when I click on that Directories module the article does not show up although it says there is one there. I tried it by logging in as an existing user in Joomla and as a guest. If there is documentation on how to use JReviews I would appreciate the path to it.

To be clearer, where does the user have to leave his comments about that article? A link is supposed to be there, correct?

The problem is you disabled the user reviews. I can see in the screenshot that only the empty stars appear for editor rating, but not for user rating. Check the configuration settings, reviews tab.

There are video tutorials and documentation links on the left column, but not very thorough. They just cover the basics.

I enabled it from the reviews tab and still nothing. I better check those videos first and if I still have problems I will post again. Thanks for the prompt response.

make sure you didn't disable the reviews in the criteria itself. There's a checkbox that allows you to do that. If you can't figure it out submit a ticket with admin access and I'll take a look.
