Can I do the following with jReviews?
I want to fill the database with some fields (name and POI) by using the csv-plugin.
I want members on my site to be able to add the other fields (webadress, phone number, email etc.).
In short I want X number of fields and members can only put in fields where no value have been added.

Ok I understand by the documentation that this is possible by changing access levels to edit the field. I will rephrase my question a little.
Is it possible to change the access level automatically when a field is filled with a value?
Example: Field for phone number is not filled in. All users can edit the field. Someone puts in the telephone number.  The field is locked for editing (for users)

This is not part of the functionality offered by jReviews and would require custom work.
