Alejandro (and everyone else Smiley ) jReviews 2.0 is the "main entre" of my site (a review web site). That said, you can't get reviews without the people, so my "side dishes" are:
  • A forum
  • A community portal

I respect your opinion, so in your experience, which forum software works best with jR? FireBoard? phpBB? VBulletin? I'm looking something with the least bugs, the best long-term joomla/jR value, and good code.

Also, will  jR 2.0 be compatible with Community Builder 1.2? What do you think about other up-coming community programs, like joomunity?

Thank you!

jReviews is already compatible with CB 1.2. I have a user that has the beta version and it's working ok. Regading the forum, I am not sure. I've only used SMF. I am really not sure how much jReviews/forum integration there should be. The fireboard addon was a request from a user and I'll update it for jReviews 2.0, but I would rather have review discussions within jReviews and not in a forum.

I am out of the loop on Joomunity, no idea what that is Huh

Alejandro: Good to hear jR 2.0 already works with CB 1.2 Smiley

I think I'll either be using FireBoard or phpBB 3. The main thing I care about  in regards to a forum is that 1) It is scalable and 2) It links with jR and a community portal, such as CB.
