I want to achieve this.

I want the registered users to register as editor (or author, whichever is applicable). They are able to add a content for review. However, any other editor can update anyone's entry.

Each new entry or updated entry must be approved by admin.

Can this be done?

Fireboard:

After each new entry from editor, jreviews will automatically create a new subdirectory/topic in the Fireboard. Where is this extension? HAs it been bundled together?

I am sorry, I took a quick look at the code and Joomla editors and above can in fact edit other users' content. There are just too many features even for me to remember
