Hi

We are getting the following error message in admin -  Review Moderation

Warning: [obfuscated]() [function.[obfuscated]]: Argument #2 is not an array in /websites/LinuxPackage02/tr/us/te/trustedtradesmenltd.co.uk/public_html/administrator/components/com_jreviews/admin.jreviews.php on line 0

We are running 1.2 RC3, do you think an upgrade would solve this problem or do you have a solution.

We have just changed the template to one with mootools.

Regards

Mike

You will definitely need to upgrade because I can't go back so many versions to troubleshoot a problem that may no longer exist. Once you upgrade if the problem continues please submit a ticket and I'll take a look at this. Mootools wouldn't cause this issue.

Hi

I've upgraded to the lateest version and the error message has gone. I've activated the mootools templates but the lightbox effect won't work. I have unpublished all the addons to see if there was a conflict but still no lightbox effect. Any ideas please.

Regards

Mike

Still need a link to the page to identify what is causing the lightbox conflict.

Hi

Website www.trustedtradesmenltd.co.uk.

Have just found out we now can't write a review from the frontend either.

The source of your page reveals:

1) Your site is loading mootools twice. This is unnecessary overhead and who knows what problems that creates in itself. Once by the template and once by the slideshow. You should try turning it off in the slideshow if there's a setting or find a way to disable it.

2) Slimbox, loaded by jReviews, is loaded before mootools which isn't right. You need to edit your template's index.php file, search for the mootools line and move it above the function that output's the headers:

mosShowHead();

Do the above and see what happens.

Hi

Your suggestions worked for the images, but we still can't write a review from the frontend.

Any more suggestions please.

You are still using the non-mootools jReviews templates. Please read the Knowledge base articles about this topic. If you are using one of the latest releases there should be a button allowing you to convert jReviews templates to mootools automatically.
