Does that use only jreviews (including for the google maps integration, tabs, and photos)? Or is that customized and using other extensions?

It uses mambots for google and tabs, but you should checkout the showcase board where the owner has posted info about his site and ask him there since he's more likely to read your question as a reply to his post.
