I will need you to submit a ticket with access to your site so I can see this, because I don't have this problem.

Hello everyone,

I have the same problem on my site. I just cannot delete any "Field Group" or "Custom Field" or even in the Comment moderation. Any solution yet???

I'm running on J1.0.14 and I also had the same problem before on 1.0.13 I didn't mind before thinking that I will see a solution soon on the Forum but I'm about to go ahead with the promotion of the site soon and I would like to have this little issue solved before.

It seems there's a problem with the Zend encoded version. I just realized this yesterday, because the other user confirmed it. If you can switch to the ionCube version by replacing both admin.jreviews files that would solve it (so that's the quick solution). Otherwise please be patient until I find a solution to this problem.

Ok, thanks for letting me know. I'll look into this for the next release.
