When I install the file, that we received from you, nothing happens.

It tells me that the installation is ok and I can see "jReviews" in component list - when clicking "jReviews", we get a blank screen and nothing else.

When putting the component in the menu in frontend, we just get a "this categori is empty".

How do we use the component?

Where's the module, that you have on your demosite - "latest reviews" and all that........?

I see that your demo/admin opens up jReview when clicking on it in component list. Ours doesn't.

We use 1.0.10 Joomla and everything is fine when using your demo.

Did you setup sections and categories in Jreviews? There is a quick startup guide in the email you received with attachment. Try setting up some dummy directory, section and categories for testing purposes. Good luck.

As far as the modules, they are all built in the component. When you create a menu item, first click on apply and all the parameters will show up. Then you can select which one you want to apply with that menu by opening the dropdown.

Can you please send me admin access so I can look at it?

The "module" is not a module but a collection of menu links that can be generated when you create a new menu item with the component option. Save your menu item and go back in and you will see the parameters to set up the different options.

I will add modules as time permits. But will focus on solving all the bugs as a priority.

No, as I wrote, we get a BLANK SCREEN when trying to open up the component in the component list, so how would I set up sections and categories? Smiley

Problem solved: we run DANISH language but hadn't changed the english.php to danish.php. This didn't gave us any error message, but only the blank screen I was referring to.

I changed english.php to danish.php and now the back end opens as it should.
