Does jreview support adsense sharing (similar to five star reviews)? 

Can users create products or category and custom fields?  Subject to approval of course.

I am pretty sure any of the existing Joomla adsense sharing modules or mambots could be adapted to work with jReviews, but it's not a functionality that is built in.

No. The only thing users can do is add new values to select lists that you have enabled with click2add. This means a user is able to add a new option not found on the list when submitting a new entry.
