Hi All,

I have just launched my new site design http://www.crowdedbrain.co.uk

The Reviews component has been modified to some extent but its been a long process due to me having to learn CSS at the same time.

I'd like to thank the techies at JReviews for all the help they gave me -  to point us down the correct path.

I have just added a new design to my http://www.crowdedbrain.co.uk, site.

It's a touch easier to read than the old black background with grey text that plastered the older template.

Also I have tried to utilise a few more of the jreviews components, including the favourites and the Jreview navigation menu option.

Let me know what you think Smiley

Hi tsr cheers for the heads up, no I was not aware of this (but with my coding skills anything is possible)....

Though I have used my site on multiple computers and no visible warnings have appeared on the site.

How did you know there was any errors, are you running FireFox Web developer?

hi

yes. i am little  particular when giving feedbacks on the site reviews so that they owner knows exactly what to do. Yes i use web dev tool bar and some other to detect the error.

nice job!

Hi there! Looks nice!

Two questions - one: how did you get those great user-friendly urls? I've had issues.

Secondly, ... s*it, I forgot. Ah yes, the flash piece on the home page - what did you use to create it? Is it a module?

Hi thanks for your comments foodiechica,

As for you questions, for the URL's I use a SEF component (Artio JoomSEF) and a lot of custom redirects. If you check out the SEF section of Jreviews forum, you should find some posts which outlined what I did.

The flash piece is indeed a module, my coding skills are not good enough to create such a master piece by myself Smiley
