Could be possible have an advance search module based on costum fields?
With a list of "select" (the same created in the Custom Fields Manager) in order to show only some content.

I also have the need for an advance search function, that will seach the custom fields. For example, search by state, and then seach for type within the state.

I AM WILLING TO PAY!!!
