I suggest having the help texts (ie, what's shown when I "Click for help") shown by default, and having an option in the configuration settings to make them hidden by default. 

I didn't even notice the help link until pretty recently (after I already figured out what everything did, through trial and error), and reading some of those comments would've saved me some time.  I'm not sure how many other people might've also overlooked the link, but maybe it would save you some time in answering support questions. Smiley

Yeah, making it bigger and more "button-looking" would certainly help... but also, I've used enough software with fairly horrible help systems, that I normally don't even bother looking at them unless I'm really desperate.  So even if I had noticed the link sooner, I still might not have bothered to click it until I was really stuck on something.  Then again, that might just be my own bias. Cheesy
