Title: Changing rating scale Post by: Oryx on May 21, 2008, 05:44:47 AM I am using a rating scale of 100 and would like to change it to 20.
I have two product groups, one rated on 1 criteria only and the other rated on 4 criteria adding up to 100. Can you please explain step-by-step how to achieve this change? And if there is any manual database changes exactly how to do this (ie where to find the file etc). Please remember I am a bit of a technophobe......................... Thanks Title: Re: Changing rating scale Post by: Alejandro on May 21, 2008, 11:52:38 PM You need to manually edit the #__jreviews_ratings table and change the ratings column to the new values. Change the rating scale in the configuration settings and then go to the criteria manager and hit the blue button to recalculate the averages. Not sure if that's it, you'll have to test.
