Title: jReviews 1.2.10 released to fix a few important bugs
Post by: Alejandro on February 18, 2008, 05:13:29 PM
I have decided to release this new version very quickly because there were some new important bugs in 1.2.09. Please download the new version from the client area. The advanced search module also has some new improvements. It allows filtering by sections and has some css settings for sections and categories to make them easier to distinguish in the select list. Thanks Jan for bugging me and sponsoring this feature.

These are the changes:

1.2.10

+New: Added thai language file contributed by Wat.
#Changed: Made processing of content mambots in jReviews lists optional and set the default to disabled. Setting is in the Items List tab.
#Changed: CSS declaration for rating stars and bars to allow them to show in modules with background images used in certain templates.
#Fixed: Double line breaks added in content pages introtext and fulltext with some wysiwyg editors.
#Fixed: Category searches with advanced search module not working. Did not filter correctly by category.
#Fixed: Empty dates saved with wrong value instead of null.
#Fixed: Editing of selectmultiple and checkbox field data (content moderation) in administration not working.
#Fixed: decodeUTF8 setting got inverted, so enabled acted as disabled and viceversa.

Hello,

Could I just replace the 1.2.09 files with 1.2.10?  I've copied a lot of jreview modules to my site, if I uninstall 1.2.09 and then install the new 1.2.10, I'll spend a lot of time to set up the modules!  I need a manual upgrade.

Thanks.
Tyrone

Read the upgrade instructions in the KB. It's ok to overwrite module files, but I recommend you do a full install of the component to make sure you don't leave any new files out.
