Title: Code showing up
Post by: dmcgavock on December 11, 2007, 05:11:44 PM
Code:
Steeda Q350  New  [EDIT]  Steeda', CAPTION, 'Edit', BELOW, RIGHT);" onmouseout="return nd();">  Edit

Displays when a logged in user is looking at a listing in which that user is the author.

If I view it as administrator or as a logged out user it appears just fine.

If I view listings that I wrote as administrator while logged in a administrator or logged in as a user I do not see the code.

This should be fixed in the most recent versions, including this one. Please upgrade to 1.2.08 and try again. I have just tried submitting an article as registered user and don't see any code when in the content page and with editing rights.

This created issues for the bookmarking bot.

Code:
[EDIT]  " title="Digg!" target="_blank">Digg!   [EDIT]  " title="Del.icio.us!" target="_blank">Del.icio.us!   [EDIT]  " title="Google!" target="_blank">Google!Technorati!   [EDIT]  " title="StumbleUpon!" target="_blank">StumbleUpon!   [EDIT]  " title="Furl!" target="_blank">Furl!   [EDIT]  " title="Yahoo!" target="_blank">Yahoo!Free social bookmarking plugins and extensions for Joomla! websites! title=

Also, now there is a Joomla Edit icon and a Jreviews edit icon.

Unfortunately I can't do anything about the bookmarking bot. You would have to put it before the jReviews mambot in the mambot list. Some else posted very good tutorials on adding the bookmarks directly in the templates, they are in the tips and tricks board.

This, and the above "issue" have been present since the first version of jReviews. They are not bugs.
