Like other sites its a work in progress but jreviews and Alejandro have not disappointed in delivering the goods including some custom work to calculate ratings.

The site is a review board for services but more importantly it gives access to tools(mostly free), to small and micro businesses so they can promote their services more effectively.

Let me add that this site is a great example of jReviewsEverywhere with Sobi2, for those interested in seeing that integration.
