I mean this: SEO Manager for Click2Search Custom Fields (In backend jreviews is SEO Manager), I need to translate all of     Meta Titles, Meta Keywords and Meta Description.

Edit the jreviews_fields.xml file and add the missing fields:

Code:
<?xml version="1.0" ?>
<joomfish type="contentelement">
  <name>jReviews Fields</name>
  <author>Alejandro Schmeichler</author>
  <version>2.0</version>
  <description>Definition for the reviews fields</description>
  <reference>
  <table name="jreviews_fields">
  <field type="referenceid" name="fieldid" translate="0">ID</field>
  <field type="titletext" name="title" translate="1">Title</field>
  <field type="textarea" name="description" translate="1">Tooltip</field>
        <field type="textarea" name="metatitle" translate="1">SEO Title</field>
        <field type="textarea" name="metadesc" translate="1">SEO Meta Desc</field>
        <field type="textarea" name="metakey" translate="1">SEO Meta Keywords</field>
  </table>
  </reference>
    <translationfilters>
  <jreviews_fieldlocation>location</jreviews_fieldlocation>
  </translationfilters>
</joomfish>

I have maybe the last question, I translated all text, but in active modules ( mod_jreviews_fields ) nothing changed, there is still the origin(ifirst) language.

How could I fix it?

You need to use the field options xml file included with JReviews to translate the text of the field options.

 I translated it to another language (in backend Joomfish / Translation / Jreviews field options), but in fronted module show me the first one language.

You should upgrade. There have been several Joomfish related fixes in later releases, although not mentioned in the changelog. First, try disabling JReviews query cache and see if that helps.

Hmm, I dissabled JReviews query cache, but it doesn't help me.

I have an Idea, is possible this way? In module mod_jreviews_fields is Field name (i.e. jr_fieldname), for my first language I have jr_country, is necessary to have only this, or load something like this: jr_joomfish_country? Could I load it form the joomfish mysql?

You shouldn't do that because that's a different field. Submit a ticket and I'll send you the new file for the fields module so you can check if that works.
