Where do you control which plan a paid listing is on in the back-end?

I have a number of paid listings that I want to switch to a different paid listing plan. How do I accomplish that?

You can expire the current order from the backend, then add a new one from the front-end. Assigning specific order plans to listings from the back-end is not possible.
