Putting Text on Images

Hi guys, have you ever done putting text on images? Just like putting a description field maybe on the pictures before posting and then the text will appear when your mouse pointer hovers the image.   Can you help me with that? So as not to reinvent the wheel

We haven't done this and it's not a feature. We are adding captions to photos in JReviews 2.4, but it will be quite a while before we roll out the same features to Express because we first need to release the stable version and we haven't even released the beta yet.
