Save a "draft" of a user review (especially for mobile users)

I find it rather hard to write a review at a restaurant from a mobile device with mis-spellings, etc. (Currently, I use a note app on my cellphone and then refer to that later to write the review at home). I would like users/me to be able to opt to save a review as a "draft" so that one can write a "draft" review on the spot and then later edit/finalize it at home using one's PC.

It would also be nice to have an administrator setting to keep drafts only "x" amount of days.
