Featured but not frontpage

I guess I'm confused and can't find the answer to this. Currently my homepage is featured listing. It I just use the Jreview's Featured Listing page but I'm trying to figure out how to get listings on the frontpage only when I select frontpage in the listing.

Currently a property will goto the frontpage when featured is check but the frontpage makes no difference. How do I setup Jreviews so that if featured is on and frontpage is off the listing is NOT on the frontpage. Then if I change the frontpage to YES then it is listed?

I tried publishing just a blank article and seeing if Jreviews would publish the listings but no luck.

Frontpage is a not a JReviews "feature", it's a Joomla feature. In Joomla 1.5 any articled set as "frontpage" would appear in the frontpage component from Joomla. In Joomla 2.5 they now call it "featured", but it's the same functionality. It doesn't have anything to do with JReviews, we just let you mark it as "Joomla featured" for convenience.
