Dear Forum,

1)
after having installed the advanced search module for proximity search, it keeps showing MILES instead of kilometers.
Note: I have set the RADIUS METRIC in Geomaps configuration to KM.

2)
In addition, the dropdown shows only values of 1 up to 20 miles. How can I configure this, so that the user can freely enter any km/mileage or at least with dropdown values but higher than 20 km/miles. (in Geomaps config, I have already set the max. radius to 100).

Thanks and regards
Ralph

In both cases you need to edit the adv. search module theme file that has the _map suffix and make your changes there. The settings are for the actual processing of the search to make the calculations correctly, the rest needs to be customized in the theme file.

Dear Alejandro,

I have revised the file and it worked fine. There is only one more change that I would like to make, but did not find the file for doing so:

In the ADDRESS Field (of the proximity search form), it says 'ENTER A LOCATION'. Where can I change this text (I would like it to be in German)?

Thank you again & regards

Find that string in the german language file and add your translation to the msgstr line. More info about language files is available here:
