Minor patch - files attached to this post!

Here's a minor patch for build 167, taking it to 2.2.02.168 which fixes an issue with review moderation in which trying to accept a review will work, but will hang the UI. Instead of accumulating a ton of bugs, I am releasing this one now. Due to the very frequent updates I am making easier with this one by allowing you to extract the attached files to the frontend com_jreviews folder.

I'll post downloadable and remote updates shortly.
